Delivery & Installation
The sauna is delivered flat-packed on a pallet for kerbside delivery. Full instructions are included for straightforward assembly. Electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified professional.
Smaller items are typically shipped within 5 business days. Delivery times then vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Some larger fitness equipment is made to order and may have a lead time of approximately 6–12 weeks. For these items, payment is pre-authorised at checkout and our team will contact you to confirm the estimated delivery date before the transaction is fully processed.
