Shipping & Fulfilment Policy
Our "Stock-Check First" Guarantee To ensure accuracy and provide high-performance equipment from a global network, we operate a specialised fulfilment process. Unlike standard retailers, we do not charge your card upfront.
1. The Order Process

Pre-authorisation: When you place an order, your payment is pre-authorised. Funds are not captured at this stage.

Stock & Lead Time Verification: We immediately contact our manufacturers to verify real-time stock and delivery schedules.

Customer Confirmation: If the delivery timeframe matches our estimate, we process the order. If there is a change or a lead-time delay, we will contact you. We only capture your payment once you confirm you wish to proceed.

Voiding Orders: If you are not satisfied with the confirmed timeframe, or if the item is unavailable, we void the pre-authorisation immediately.
2. Delivery & Installation

Standard UK Mainland: Free on orders over £500.

Large Items: Delivered via Kerbside Pallet Delivery. Couriers deliver to the nearest accessible point and cannot enter properties.

Professional Installation: For selected products, professional installation can be arranged directly with the supplier. This is an optional service that can be added to your order at checkout. If added, our team will coordinate the installation date with you during the stock-check confirmation phase.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

UK Mainland Stock: Typically 3–10 working days total.

Overseas & Large Items: Typically 2–6 weeks lead time.

Order Cut-off: 2:00 PM (GMT).
