Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Premium Performance, we aim to provide clear and transparent information about our purchase options, payment processing, and order cancellations. We offer one-time purchases through our Shopify store, where all products are sold subject to availability. Prices, product details, and delivery information are clearly displayed at checkout before your payment is completed.
Payment Authorisation & Processing
When you place an order, your payment method may be pre-authorised but not charged immediately. We confirm product availability with our supplier before processing your payment. Once stock availability is verified, the payment is captured and the order is prepared for dispatch. If an item is unavailable or an order is cancelled before payment is processed, any pre-authorisation will be released automatically by your payment provider. Please note that release times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at sales@premiumperformance.co.uk with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for cancellations made before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead be handled under our Returns and Refunds Policy, with the buyer responsible for return shipping costs.
Right to Cancel (After Delivery)
Once an order has been delivered, UK customers have the legal right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details on exercising this right, return conditions, and refund timelines are provided in our Returns and Refund Policy. Please be aware that orders for custom or made-to-order products, items that have been assembled or used, and specific clearance items cannot be cancelled once processing has begun unless the item is faulty.
Refund Processing
Approved cancellations and refunds are issued to the original payment method. Pre-dispatch cancellations are refunded promptly after confirmation, while post-delivery refunds follow the timelines outlined in our Returns and Refund Policy, which is 14 days. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and post refunds to your account.
