Returns & Refund Policy

At Premium Performance, we strive to provide a transparent and straightforward process for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please review our terms below.

30-Day Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which gives you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Please note: We do not offer a direct exchange service. If you require a different product, please follow the standard return process for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.


Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by emailing sales@premiumperformance.co.uk with your order number.

  • If the order has not been processed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • No restocking or administration fees will apply.

  • If payment was pre-authorised but not captured, the authorisation will be released automatically (release times vary by bank).

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. It must instead be handled under our returns process. In these instances, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us at sales@premiumperformance.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must then be returned to us within a further 14 days.

  • Goods must be unused, unassembled, in their original packaging, and in a fully resaleable condition (unless faulty).

Exclusions: This right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or bespoke made-to-order products.

  • Items that have already been assembled or used.

  • Clearance or sale items, where clearly stated.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method used.

  • Deductions: We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund if items are returned damaged or show signs of use beyond what is necessary for basic inspection.

Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
